Have you "found God"?

This is a phrase I remember using at one time. "Oh, so-and-so found God. I'm trying to find God." But I've finally realized, it's not God who needs to be found. He was never missing. He's been there the whole time, calling for us, watching us, waiting. It's WE who are lost, and HE who finds US. We're the ones who pull away. The ones who wander off and go astray. If you close your ears to this world, stop running for a minute and just listen, you can hear Jesus calling. He's right there beside you, but this world has blinded your eyes. Seek Him out, listen to what He's saying, read His word, and follow Him. It's never to late, until it's to late. Get to know Him. Read your Bible. Find a good church. It's not about religion, it's about a relationship. Christ is everything. Without Him, we are nothing. Pick up your cross, follow Him.
